Affordable
All of REACH’s housing is considered affordable as it is Income-Restricted based on each property’s building criteria. Income-Restricted housing is available to renters earning within a specified range which varies by property. Private owners, like REACH Community Development, receive government subsidies to manage income-restricted homes.
