This step-by-step guide will walk you through applying for an apartment with us, from exploring available options to signing your lease. Whether you’re a first-time renter or looking for a new place to call home, our team is dedicated to making your experience as smooth as possible.

Step 1: Explore Available Apartments
Explore our available apartments. Each individual property webpage will show a clickable button if there is current availability or if you can add your name to the waitlist. See Current Vacancies or review properties with Waitlists Open. Add your information and submit the form.

Step 2: Prescreening
Once you submit your information, the leasing team will reach out to you via email. You will be asked a series of questions to determine your eligibility for our different apartments. These questions may include inquiries about your:
- Income
- Household Size
- Student Status
- Rental History
- Target Move-In Date

Step 3: Tour the Apartment
When the leasing team calls to screen for eligibility, they will also create an appointment for you to meet with the building manager and tour the apartment. You should bring this list of important documents with you to your appointment. Use this time to ask any questions you may have about the building and be sure to explore the neighborhood. If you feel it’s a good fit, you can fill out an application for the apartment.
Step 4: Application Processing
Once you’ve submitted your application, our leasing team will carefully review your materials and verify the information provided. If we need any additional details or clarification, we will reach out to you. Please note that the application processing may take 5-10 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we ensure all documentation is complete.
Step 5: Sign Your Lease
After your application has been processed and all your details have been confirmed, you’ll sign the lease for your new home!
